Deposit Limits

Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps in BDT directly from your account dashboard. Once a limit is active it takes effect immediately for reductions. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they apply, protecting you from impulsive decisions.

Session Time-Out

Choose to lock your account for a short cooling-off period — 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a time-out, login is disabled and all promotional communications are paused. The time-out cannot be cancelled once it begins, giving the break real meaning.

Self-Exclusion

For players who need a longer break, self-exclusion closes your vaptaka account for a minimum of 6 months. During self-exclusion your account is suspended, pending withdrawals are processed, and you will not receive any marketing from us for the duration of the exclusion period.

Loss Limits

In addition to deposit limits, you can set a maximum loss cap over a given period. If your net losses reach the limit you have set, your ability to place further bets is paused until the limit period resets — keeping your play within a budget you have consciously chosen.

Reality Check Reminders

Enable on-screen notifications that remind you how long your current session has lasted and how much you have wagered. These periodic prompts appear at intervals you choose — every 30, 60 or 90 minutes — and are a simple but effective way to stay aware of your play.

Verified Age Checks

Choose Your Exclusion Period

Inform our team of the duration you wish to apply: 6 months, 1 year, 3 years or permanent. Our team will never attempt to dissuade you from self-excluding or suggest a shorter period. Your welfare is our priority.

Exclusion Is Applied Immediately

Your account will be closed within 24 hours of the request being received, and in most cases within a matter of hours. You will receive a confirmation email once the exclusion is active. Any balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method.

All Marketing Is Stopped

As soon as your self-exclusion is confirmed, your details are removed from all marketing lists. You will not receive any bonus offers, promotional emails, SMS messages or any other communications from vaptaka for the entire duration of your self-exclusion.

Returning After Exclusion Ends

When your chosen exclusion period expires, your account will not be automatically reactivated. You must contact our support team and request reactivation. Before reactivation, a 24-hour reflection period is imposed, and our team will share responsible gaming resources with you as part of the reactivation process.

Please Note: If you have self-excluded from vaptaka, do not attempt to open a new account during the exclusion period. Any account we identify as belonging to a self-excluded player will be closed immediately and any deposits refunded. Creating a duplicate account to circumvent self-exclusion is a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
