These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the vaptaka platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, payment services and account features. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full.
Key Principles at a Glance
18+ Age Requirement
vaptaka is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. Account registration, gameplay and any financial transaction are prohibited for persons under the age of 18. Age verification is conducted during the KYC process and at the discretion of the platform at any time.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold exactly one active account on vaptaka. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or a different name — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances held across the duplicate accounts.
Verified Payment Methods
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party payments are not permitted. vaptaka supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard and selected Bangladeshi bank transfer services.
Fair Play Enforcement
All casino games on vaptaka operate on independently audited Random Number Generators. Sports betting odds are set and managed by our trading team without manipulation. Any attempt to exploit software errors, collusion, arbitrage abuse or bonus misuse will result in stake/bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
Responsible Gaming
vaptaka is committed to providing a safe entertainment environment. Players may set deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion directly from their account dashboard at any time. All responsible gaming requests are acted upon within one business day.
Terms May Be Updated
vaptaka reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
1. General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vaptaka ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing vaptaka, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager or using any service offered through the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and, if applicable, close your account. Your continued use of vaptaka following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
These Terms are written in English and the English text shall prevail in all cases. vaptaka operates primarily for the Bangladesh market. All monetary amounts referenced in these Terms are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) unless otherwise specified.
vaptaka reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting player rights, withdrawal conditions, bonus terms or account closure rules — registered players will receive advance notice of at least 7 calendar days via the email address associated with their account. For minor clarifications, typographical corrections or administrative updates, changes may take effect immediately without prior notice.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with the vaptaka Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. Links to both documents are available in the footer of every page on vaptaka.
2. Eligibility & Age
Use of vaptaka is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. vaptaka operates a strict 18+ policy. There are no exceptions to this requirement under any circumstances.
- You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative or nominee of any third party.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant or immediate family member of a vaptaka employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest with your gameplay.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
- You are not subject to a self-exclusion order placed through vaptaka or any associated responsible gaming programme.
vaptaka reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any point during a player's account lifetime. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the verification request will result in the account being suspended until documentation is received.
3. Account Registration
To access the full range of vaptaka services — including placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits and requesting withdrawals — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current and complete information, including:
- Your full legal name, as it appears on your government-issued identity document
- A valid email address that you own and actively monitor
- A valid mobile phone number registered in your own name (used for OTP verification)
- Your date of birth
- Your preferred currency (Bangladeshi Taka / BDT)
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information. If any detail changes — particularly your email address, mobile number or payment method — you must update your account profile promptly. vaptaka is not liable for service disruptions, failed withdrawals or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person. vaptaka will never ask you for your password by email, live chat or phone. If you receive any communication purporting to be from vaptaka requesting your password, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to support@vaptaka immediately.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately. vaptaka is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the player's failure to safeguard their credentials.

- Registering with your own verified identity
- Updating account details via the dashboard
- Requesting account closure at any time
- Creating multiple accounts (duplicates)
- Registering on behalf of another person
- Providing false or misleading information
- Sharing account credentials with others
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
vaptaka supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfer services including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions must be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper limit on deposits, though vaptaka reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in any rolling 30-day period.
- Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are credited to the player's account balance within 60 seconds during normal operating hours. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes.
- vaptaka does not charge platform fees on deposits. Any fees levied by the payment provider (bKash service charges, bank transfer fees) are outside vaptaka's control and are disclosed clearly in the Finance / Wallet section of your account dashboard.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Deposits received from third-party payment sources will be returned to the sender and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits are detailed in the Finance / Wallet section of your account.
- Standard MFS withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within 2 hours of approval during operating hours (09:00–23:00 BST, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
- First-time withdrawals or any withdrawal above ৳10,000 are subject to KYC identity verification before processing. Players who have not yet completed KYC are strongly advised to do so proactively via their account dashboard to avoid delays at withdrawal time.
- Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as the vaptaka account. Cross-name withdrawals are not permitted.
- Bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements detailed in Section 5 before withdrawal eligibility is granted. Real-money deposits and winnings from real-money play are not subject to bonus wagering restrictions.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
vaptaka offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, BPL season promotions, Eid bonuses and Pohela Boishakh special offers. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published in full on the relevant promotion page before any bonus is activated.
- Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria are specified in each promotion's individual terms and may include account verification status, deposit method, minimum deposit amount and geographic location within Bangladesh.
- Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is published in the promotion terms.
- Wagering requirements must typically be completed within 30 calendar days of a bonus being credited. Bonus funds and associated wagering progress that remain incomplete at the expiry deadline will be forfeited automatically.
- Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Players may not stack multiple welcome bonuses.
- vaptaka reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms or decline to credit a bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting or exploitation of promotion mechanics in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer.

6. Game Rules & Betting
All casino games available on vaptaka are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming and Spribe. Each game operates according to its own published rules and paytable, accessible within the game interface. vaptaka does not modify game logic or RTP settings from the values certified by the studio.
Casino Games
- Slot games, live dealer tables, crash games and instant-win titles all operate on independently audited Random Number Generators. Published RTP percentages reflect the theoretical long-term return of each game title.
- In the event of a disconnection during live gameplay, any in-progress round will be resolved according to the game server's last recorded state. The game server record is the definitive record in all dispute cases — not the player's local device state.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game interface before any wager is placed. vaptaka reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time, with changes taking effect on the next game session.
Sports Betting
- Pre-match and in-play betting markets are available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi and other selected sports. Market availability and odds are determined by the vaptaka trading team and may vary based on event status, liquidity and regulatory factors.
- vaptaka reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, where the odds were manifestly incorrect, or where the outcome of the event was known to the player at the time the bet was placed (late betting).
- The cash-out feature, where available, allows players to settle a bet before the conclusion of an event. Cash-out values are calculated dynamically based on current market odds and are not guaranteed until the cash-out confirmation is received. Simultaneous cash-out requests from multiple players may result in delays; in such cases, the value at the time of confirmed acceptance applies.
- In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the specific rules published for that sport in the vaptaka Sports Betting Rules document, accessible via the FAQ page.
7. User Obligations
By using vaptaka, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. These obligations exist to protect the integrity of the platform, the fairness of the gaming environment, and the safety of all players.
- You must provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information at all times — both during registration and throughout the lifetime of your account.
- You must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers or artificial intelligence tools to interact with vaptaka games, markets or account functions in a manner not explicitly permitted by vaptaka.
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise derive the source code of any vaptaka software, game engine or API.
- You must not engage in any form of collusion with other players — for example, coordinating bets across multiple accounts to guarantee outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
- You must not use vaptaka services for any money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal purpose. All funds used for deposits must be legitimately yours and free of any criminal origin.
- You must not engage in abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing conduct toward vaptaka staff or other players through any communication channel.
- You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you are playing entirely at your own risk. vaptaka is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through the lawful operation of its platform.
- You must notify vaptaka immediately if you become aware of any bug, error or vulnerability in the platform that could provide an unfair advantage. Exploiting such a bug — whether intentionally or not — may result in account suspension and forfeiture of affected winnings.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
vaptaka reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Provision of false, misleading or unverifiable identity information
- Detection of underage gambling (player confirmed to be under 18)
- Evidence of multi-accounting, bonus abuse or collusion
- Suspected money laundering, fraud or criminal activity
- A player-requested self-exclusion submitted through the responsible gaming dashboard
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe
- Prolonged account inactivity (defined as no login for 12 consecutive months)
Voluntary Account Closure
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team at support@vaptaka or via Live Chat inside the account dashboard. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed and any active bonus balances will be reviewed in accordance with the relevant promotion terms. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method.
Dormant Accounts
An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. vaptaka will send a reminder email to the registered address before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month to the account balance. Players are strongly advised to log in periodically if they intend to maintain their account. Dormant accounts with a zero balance will be closed after a further 12 months of inactivity.
